OUR HISTORY

Greg Kay began practising law in Cobourg in 1980. In 2014, Kady McCourt began practising law under the mentorship of Greg.

On October 1, 2019, Kady and Greg opened the law office of “Kay & McCourt”, and since January 1, 2024, Greg has taken on the role of Counsel with the firm.

Kady and Julian Woodward practise Family Law and Child Protection Law. Kady also offers services in Wills and Powers of Attorney.
